Only essential information is collected and stored as required for New Zealand Thoroughbred
Racing compliance as an Authorised Syndicator and in accorfdance with the Rules of Racing.
By supplying your information you agree that the personal information supplied by you may be retained by The Frac Club, as required by New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing, &/or disclosed to and retained by third parties for the purpose of processing relevant forms, direct marketing or providing you with information and ticketing on on events, products and services that relate to your
racehorse ownership.
The Frac Club will not use or disclose your personal information in any way, other than that disclosed in this policy or with your prior consent. If you do not provide the requested information to The Frac Club you may be in direct non-compliance with the Rules of Racing and The Frac Club
may not be able to process the matters necessary as an owner.
You may access your personal information (if it is readily retrievable) at P O Box 383, Matamata 3400, or via email contact at giddyup@thefracclub.com.
, and you may request The Frac Club to update or correct that information. You may also request to be removed from the The Frac Club
database for the purpose of racehorse communications and providing you with information on events, products and services by notifying The Frac Club by email or by letter to the above address.
We keep your information safe by storing it encrypted files and only allowing management of The Frac Club access to it.
We keep your information on file and if requested can securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital information held.
